This is a user-space implementation of SEcure Neighbor Discovery (SEND) for IPv6. For all the details on SEND, please see the IETF RFCs online or in the docs directory. This package also includes libraries for generating and verifying Cryptographically Generated Addresses(CGAs) and X.509 Extensions for IP Addresses.

The primary goal for this project is to create a SEND implementation that is easy to use and portable. Hence this implementation is completely in user-space and self-contained, requiring no patches to your kernel or any other programs.
